TERMS OF SERVICE FOR WORKSHOPS DELIVERED BY ARTIST DEMO DAYS

Your Workshop Fee

Your workshop fee covers tuition from one member of the Artist Demo Days team and advice and/or use of a selection of quality equipment applicable to your session.

The full workshop fee is payable on booking to secure your place. Bookings and payment must be made online.

If the workshop is taking place as part of a larger event, your payment does not include entry to that event. Please refer to the event organisers or any links we may provide for further information.

Any child (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them during the workshop and therefore must also attend the session.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS

Cancelling your booking

If you must cancel your booking, please let ADD know as soon as possible. Your booking will be considered cancelled from the time at which you inform ADD or another employee of ADD of your wish to cancel.

No refunds are given.

To avoid any financial penalties, you can transfer your booking to another person at any time before your workshop and inform ADD of the change.

Please be aware that we incur charges on every single transaction made through the website, both incoming and outgoing. It is unfair to expect us to cover this charge in a situation that is not of our making.

Reductions or refunds are not available to students arriving late or leaving their workshop early.

Cancellation by Artist Demo Days

We may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If your workshop is cancelled, you can transfer to another workshop, subject to availability, at no extra charge, unless the new workshop has a higher cost in which case you will need to pay any difference. Alternatively, ADD will refund your course fee in full.

Complaints

ADD and all associate staff always strive to provide everyone with the best customer experience, however things can go wrong. If you’re not happy with the service or products you have received, please contact ADD.

If you encounter an issue during a workshop, please inform ADD, as discreetly as is possible in the circumstances, at the time of the event. It is next to impossible to rectify a situation with swift action if we are being informed of it in hindsight.

Complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible. ADD will reply within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of your complaint, and will then reply within 5 working days with potential solutions. All complaints will be kept confidential.

Changes to these terms

We may at any time unilaterally change these terms by publishing a new version on our website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing our website to look out for updates.  By continuing to use our website and services after any such change you will be considered to have accepted the change.
